All fixtures have a lifetime warranty against design issues or defective material. They are designed for high volume production and have been tested with leading manufacturers in high volume production environments. The fixtures have a transparent lid, which allows you to see accessories and top-access devices. A floating probe plate simplifies fixture maintenance and probe replacement. Agilent fixtures are fully tested on our own Agilent system prior to shipment/installation. We offer various custom accessories to complement your test software and ensure full coverage on critical devices.  All materials used for fixture construction are ESD safe.
